Tuber Indicum, also known as Asian truffle, is a black truffle with a characteristic dark, textured surface.

Its aroma is milder compared to more intense truffle varieties. This makes it well suited to various culinary uses, offering an interesting alternative for gastronomy.

Fresh Tuber Indicum can be used for pasta, risotto, meat dishes, egg dishes, sauces and other truffle creations, among other things.
